釀酒廠 | 18世紀古董啤酒

前幾天我先生興奮的說，家附近開了一間很酷的釀啤酒廠。之所以酷，不是因為新，而是『舊』。

他們把荷蘭18世紀古老啤酒廠 Van Vollenhoven 近失傳的配方找出來，調入現代風味後重出江湖。其中一款稱 Princess，是當時英國公主嫁入荷蘭皇室所取名。1900年停廠前，曾大量出口風靡各國，相當經典。

酒廠在一棟1885年蓋的紅磚廠房，原屬於阿姆斯特丹西區煤氣廠一部分，建築裡外原始結構幾乎都保留著。透明玻璃隔間的釀酒區，看得到高大精緻的釀酒桶，也能欣賞時代感的建築細節。

我們全家在這輕鬆吃了頓週末午餐，新鮮喝著近120年不見的古董啤酒，新舊之間，特別有感覺。 釀啤酒廠一直是本地人和觀光客的最愛，趁還沒很多人知道這裡前，有機會一定要去看看，喝杯 Princess!
